Take that Ricky Ponting

This hundred is for you, it comes from one Cameron White at your favourite position. That's also three one dayers won, what are you doing in England? You can't possibly lose four on the trot. Even Trott isn't playing. But then neither are you.

Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

You could take the easy option, and fly the hell out of here. And while you're at it, take that Michael Clarke too.

The world will be a happier place without captains like you.

Make White captain, he'll take care of your grey areas.

First he scuttled the Ashes boat and then deserted the ODI ship. Ricky is not brat, he is actually rat.

to be fair to ricky i think he is asked to take it easy and meanwhile selectors wants to see how the side does in his absence...

tho i have been saying it for a while now that ponting has expired his sell by date as captain for quite a while now... ozies need a fresh attitude thinking and vision which unfortunately pointing can not provide...

let him bat just bat and we might see the old ricky again...

I cant beleive Clarke is experiencing more success than Punter..........

I'm perpetually in two minds about Ponting ... like him as a batsman, not as a captain but is Pup really a good enough replacement for him? If not, who is? I don't want White, he's a Victorian :-)

Som, you really love that ship-rat analogy don't you?

I reckon he was told to get out of the way

C'mon Chris, it's not that surprising, Ponting was skipper by name only, the Ashes' team wasn't being captained.

Sid, Even White doesn't want White yet, that was a joke. I'm for Haddin.
